Paul is a brilliant, empathic coach who I've had the pleasure to partner with for several years across many seasons of my life and career. ... I started working with Paul when I had only a couple years of work experience. I had fought for a promotion that I landed (yay) and found myself the least experienced person in the department, several years younger than my peers. I wanted to move quickly up the ladder so I could lead and mentor a team. I also struggled with imposter syndrome given the strong, experienced team around me.
